- PRE-SPRING SWEEPSTAKES. The winner was mailed a brand new Kindle e-reader, uploaded with WICKA.
- 2015 World Cup Sweepstakes. Prizes included a Canada Team signed rugby jersey, 2 high quality rugby shirts with the World Rugby logo, and a Rugby World Cup ball. Additionally, all book sale funds made during the promotion was given to the Tackle Hunger program (partnership between @WorldRugby and the UN World Food Programme @WFP).

Our Sweepstakes General Contest Rules (Note: rules may be modified/added to for specific contests)
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected by a random draw of all eligible entries (eligible entries includes the entry of a personal email address). Winners have 7 days from notification of win to reply, otherwise it will be assumed the winner does not want the prize, so another winner will be selected, who will also have 7 days to reply. Should the second winner not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected and so on for up to 4 potential winners, at which point the contest will be deemed null and void.

Your email will be used only to notify you should you win or to answer questions you initiate.
General:
One entry per person. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify contestants based on fraudulent activities. Contestants shall not enter more than once or vote for their own entry with fake accounts. Contestants must be over the age of 18. There is no purchase necessary. Hard copies of the book are not yet available. Contests are generally open to residents of Canada and the US, excluding Quebec, for those over the age of majority.
Prize details:
Prizes are generally in the form of gift certificates, emailed to the winner’s personal email address. Winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to win. Winners must agree that their winning comment, photo, review, words or video can be posted on all of the author’s social media platforms and website. Winners must complete and sign a prize claim form. Winners of physical prizes must supply a full, legitimate, mailing address within the US or Canada where the prize can be mailed. Prizes may take up to one month to be received.
For contests asking for reviews:
All completed reviews will be considered eligible only where the participant has clearly read the entire book or chapters from the book, and is making an informed opinion. Reviews stating that only a page or two had been read will be disqualified as it could not be considered a fair full review.
Liability
Each entrant releases the author and any parties assisting the author with the contest, from any and all claims and liabilities of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with the entrant’s participation/attempted participation in the contest and any contest prize. This includes the administration of the contest, the selection and confirmation of contest winners, and the awarding of the contest prize(s).
Privacy
By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal information only for the purposes described above.
Odds of winning for each contest depends on the number of eligible entries received. Entries fouled by technical difficulties, such as an email that was not received, or due to server errors, will not be considered valid entries.
In accepting a prize from any of our contests, the winner confirms complying with all contest rules and that the prize must be accepted as awarded and consents to the use of his or her name and city of residence for publicity or marketing purposes in any online medium used for promotional purposes by the author (this currently includes a website, Facebook, Twitter, Wattpad and Goodreads accounts).
